The mobility of tomorrow is digital and networked. That's why, in addition to constantly building ever better e-bikes, we have also developed Riese & Müller RX Connect. RX Connect is the digital extension of your e-bike. And we always keep an eye on: maximizing your riding experience, providing you with individual support and providing you with important information about your e-bike. The digital offerings are constantly being expanded to ensure the best riding experience (Rider Experience, RX for short).
Everything in one place.
When you register your e-bike, you receive the free premium guarantee and access to your personal My Bike account. The technical data of your bike is available there and you can manage your personal data yourself. My Bike is continually being expanded and gives you access to a growing range of functions. Of course, we pay attention to the highest data protection standards.
A small chip for an e-bike, a big step for mobility.
The invisible and permanently installed RX chip turns your e-bike into a connected e-bike: Simply activate the RX service ConnectRide Free for 1 year free of charge* and your bike can be found at any time and can be used with the RX Connect app. Depending on the service package, you can also protect your bike with premium insurance cover and replacement service in the event of theft, but also when traveling or in the event of damage. Simply book the appropriate RX Service ConnectCare online and travel worry-free. The RX chip is equipped with radio-based positioning technology and comprehensive sensors and sends its data such as location and driving statistics via the latest radio technologies. Signals are transmitted with low battery consumption, yet a long range and deep building penetration. The chip is powered by the bike's internal power supply and, thanks to the integrated power storage, continues to transmit for a while even when the e-bike battery is removed. No replacement of the RX chip is necessary for service updates. New functions and services are automatically made available via updates over-the-air.

Mobile cockpit for your e-bike.
The RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your e-bike. You get access to nearby dealers and workshops as well as all data in your My Bike Account. The app also connects you directly to your bike via the RX chip (if the RX service is activated/booked) and automatically records the position and riding statistics via GPS. When you query your location, you will be informed about the battery level of the RX chip so that you can charge it in a timely manner during longer periods of downtime. If you wish, you can use the app to switch on the digital alarm for your bike so that you are notified if it moves or is removed.*

The cockpit for the UBN bikes.
On UBN bikes, the RX Connect app is also used as a bike computer on the handlebars. While you're driving, you can always keep an eye on your speed, range and performance data. You can then access even more detailed driving statistics including GPS data. The app offers all the functions of a conventional e-bike display.
